Southwestern Vermont Medical Center seeks a full-time Anesthesiologist Assistant or CRNA. Under the supervision of an Anesthesiologist, the Anesthesiologist Assistant is responsible for administering anesthesia and anesthesia related care to SVMC patients. Requirements: Master's degree as an Anesthesia Assistant from an accredited university or college required. OR Master's degree from accredited CRNA program. Prior clinical experience preferred. Ability to maintain valid AA license required. Knowledge of Society CCNAA laws, regulations, etc. Ability to maintain current Health Care Provider BLS verification required. Ability to effectively operate a variety of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Meditech HIS software programs required. Ability to obtain and maintain Acute Cardiac Life Support ACLS certification required. Ability to obtain and maintain valid Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification required. Ability to effectively operate all Anesthesia equipment required. Ability to consistently display professional, ethical, standards of care consistent with SVMC medical staff by-laws required. Knowledge of SNAP reporting system elements required.
