Apartment Leasing Professional: Experience Required
Are you a motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for property management? Join our team as an Apartment Leasing Professional and help create a welcoming community for our residents!
What You’ll Do

• Assist prospective residents in finding their perfect home.
• Provide exceptional customer service through tours, phone calls, and emails.
• Utilize leasing software (Yardi, CRM, AppFolio) to manage applications and resident information.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to meet leasing goals and maintain high occupancy rates.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience : Minimum of 6 months in property management .
• Bilingual : Not required but a plus!
• Availability : Must be able to work weekends.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech Skills : Computer savvy with experience using leasing software (Yardi, CRM, AppFolio).
• Fair Housing Training : Completed within the last year.
• Transportation : Reliable transportation is required

Salary

• $18.50-$19.50 depending on qualifications and certifications
