• Engage Prospects: Showcase our community’s features and benefits through personalized tours and engaging conversations.
• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist current and prospective residents with inquiries, applications, and follow-ups via email, phone, and in person.
• Utilize Technology: Seamlessly manage resident and applicant information with tools like Yardi, CRM, or AppFolio.
• Ensure Compliance: Adhere to Fair Housing standards to provide a respectful and ethical experience for all.
• Collaborate for Success: Work with your team to achieve occupancy goals and maintain high resident satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Industry Experience: At least 6 months of leasing in property management field (required).
• Language Skills: Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply but not required.
• Availability: Must be able to work weekends as needed.
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to effectively connect with residents and prospects.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating leasing software like Yardi, AppFolio, or similar tools.
• Fair Housing Certified: Certification within the last year (required).
• Dependable Transportation: Reliable transportation
