Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and loyal individual to join our real estate team as an Apartment Leasing Specialist. As an Apartment Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for showing apartments to potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and meeting  goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Show apartments to potential clients and provide tours of the property
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries
- Meet and exceed monthly goals
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the property and surrounding area
- Collaborate with the leasing team to achieve  objectives
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and follow up with clients

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (car)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software
- Loyal, motivated, and hard-working individual

Ideal Candidate
- 2-3 years of experience in real estate, or customer service
