What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Collaborate with client-facing teams to develop and manage consultative programs under the guidance of project Engagement Managers
• Participate in and lead key aspects of consulting engagements to achieve targeted revenue goals
• Assist in creating policies and procedures to enhance clients' real estate performance
• Develop pro forma financials and conduct financial analyses with minimal supervision
• Support senior leadership in preparing proposals and pitches for major accounts

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 4-7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate real estate, or related fields
• Outstanding written communication skills
• Strong client relationship management capabilities and project management abilities
• Understanding of real estate finance and accounting concepts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• MBA or advanced degree and/or relevant certifications
• Program implementation experience in a corporate setting
• Current knowledge of corporate enterprise IT infrastructure and tools
• Exposure to Six Sigma approaches and/or business process development
• Persuasive oral presentation and group facilitation skills
