Job Description

Our client, a US Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to Government Health and Human services agencies in the US, seek Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Remote

Location: Rancho Cordova, CA

Duration: 6 Months Temp-to-Hire

On Site training: 4-5 weeks

Assignment will be fully remote until the site reopens; equipment will be provided

Hours: Monday-Friday 8-6PM PST

Monolingual Pay Rate: $20.00

Bilingual Pay Rate: $20.25

Job responsibilities:

Customer Service Specialist shall assist and educate Medi-Cal beneficiaries with selecting a managed health care plan.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements:

GED or HS diploma
Bilingual Skills: English and one of the following languages:
Cambodian
Cantonese
Farsi
Japanese
Korean
Mandarin
Thai
Laotian
Ukrainian
Vietnamese
Spanish

Desired Experience:

Previous Call Center / Customer service experience in healthcare industry.
