Job Description

Our client, a US Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to Government Health and Human services agencies in the US, seek Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Remote

Location: Rancho Cordova, CA

Duration: 6 Months Temp-to-Hire

On Site training: 4-5 weeks

Assignment will be fully remote until the site reopens; equipment will be provided

Hours: Monday-Friday 8-6PM PST

Monolingual Pay Rate: $20.00

Bilingual Pay Rate: $20.25

Job responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Specialist shall assist and educate Medi-Cal beneficiaries with selecting a managed health care plan.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements:

  • GED or HS diploma
  • Bilingual Skills: English and one of the following languages:
  • Cambodian
  • Cantonese
  • Farsi
  • Japanese
  • Korean
  • Mandarin
  • Thai
  • Laotian
  • Ukrainian
  • Vietnamese
  • Spanish

Desired Experience:

  • Previous Call Center / Customer service experience in healthcare industry.
