About Us:

AllSafe IT is a Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) that delivers services to small to medium sized businesses. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Technology Officer to lead our team. This is a critical role for a high-performing individual who thrives in a fast-paced, continuous improvement environment and is passionate about optimizing operations while ensuring exceptional IT service delivery to our clients.

As the CTO, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of every part of our business, optimizing internal processes and collaborating closely with sales and technical teams to drive business growth. Your leadership will be key in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and that we continuously improve both operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management: Oversee the delivery of IT services, sales, finance, and employee relations, ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as uptime, response times, and ticket resolution.
  2. Process Improvement: Act as the company’s Integrator of our Entrepreneurial Operation System (EOS). Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and optimize service delivery.
  3. IT Infrastructure & Security: Manage and optimize network infrastructure and ensure IT security protocols are in place and regularly updated.
  4. Client & Vendor Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Resolve client escalations and proactively address their evolving needs. Manage vendor relationships and maintain service quality.
  5. Financial Management: Work with the Controller to monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving strategies to maximize profitability.
  6. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing IT operations team. This position oversees not only our service delivery departments, but also Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, and all business operations. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment and promote continuous professional development.
  7. Risk Management: Identify operational risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  8. Business Strategy & Development: Collaborate with sales teams to explore new business opportunities, develop service packages, and analyze market trends for growth. Contribute to strategic decision-making with the CEO.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Experience: 10 or more years in a senior leadership position within a Managed Service Provider (MSP), with a proven track record of successfully managing operations, optimizing workflows, and delivering exceptional client service.
  2. Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, network management, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
  3. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate teams, foster a culture of collaboration, and align operations with business objectives. Experience with EOS a plus.
  4. Problem-Solving & Analytics: Ability to quickly identify operational challenges, analyze data, and implement effective solutions.
  5. Customer-Centric: A deep commitment to client satisfaction with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
  6. Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  7. Education: A master’s degree is preferred.
