Job Description

Job Title: Global Compensation Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Global Compensation Analyst to manage and optimize our compensation strategies across a diverse employee base of approximately 1,000 individuals, including executive, corporate, and blue-collar roles. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in global compensation analysis, with a background in regulatory compliance, data management, and process improvement. While specific experience in Spain is highly desirable, we welcome candidates with broader global expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Management: Develop and implement compensation strategies for executive, corporate, and blue-collar roles, ensuring alignment with company goals and market competitiveness.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay well-versed in global regulatory guidelines regarding compensation and ensure compliance in all applicable regions. Knowledge of Spain-specific regulations is a significant advantage.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct advanced data analysis, build analytical reports, and evaluate compensation structures to identify trends and inform recommendations.
  • Tools & Technology: Leverage tools like Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Candidates with strong analytical skills and willingness to learn Power BI are encouraged to apply.
  • Process Improvement: Create, update, and streamline compensation processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability across the organization.
  • Benefits Analysis: Perform analysis related to benefits programs, though broker or open enrollment experience is not required. Candidates with compensation expertise and limited benefits experience will still be considered.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in global compensation, with additional experience in Spain being a major plus.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools, with expertise in Excel and familiarity with Power BI preferred.
  • Strong understanding of compensation-related regulatory guidelines in various regions.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), CBP (Certified Benefits Professional), CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist), or CCBM (Certified Compensation and Benefits Manager) is preferred but not required.
