•Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and budget

•Utilize booking platforms to manage reservations and process payments

•Offer exceptional customer service before, during, and after trips

•Network with potential clients and build strong relationships within the travel industry

•Stay compliant with industry regulations and company policies

•Attend ongoing training and professional development sessions

Qualifications and Skills

•Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences

•Strong communication and customer service skills

•Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

•Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle travel inquiries efficiently

•Basic computer skills and comfort with online booking systems (training provided)

•Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
