A Day in the Life:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Input prescription orders into our data entry software accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers regarding order status, billing, and shipping details.
• Collaborate with your colleagues to enhance processes and elevate customer satisfaction.

• You have a HS diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• You possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, along with a keen attention to detail and a passion for excellent customer service.
• A collaborative team player who can type at least 35 words per minute.
