Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience within a CPG manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in asset reliability, predictive maintenance, and capital project management.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience managing large teams and driving cultural change within a maintenance organization.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and data-driven maintenance strategies.

Responsible for leading and optimizing the facility's maintenance, utilities, and asset management functions. This role ensures operational efficiency, reliability, and compliance with all safety and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Hands-on leader with a strategic mindset, capable of enhancing equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and managing capital projects to support long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive maintenance and asset reliability strategy aligned with company goals. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the maintenance and engineering teams.
• Reliability & Preventive Maintenance: Implement and oversee reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs, predictive maintenance (PdM) strategies, and total productive maintenance (TPM) initiatives to improve equipment uptime and efficiency.
• Capital Project Management: Lead and oversee capital projects related to equipment upgrades, facility improvements, and infrastructure investments. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with company objectives.
• Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance and reliability activities comply with OSHA, FDA, EPA, and other industry regulations. Promote a strong safety culture within the maintenance team.
• Budget & Cost Management: Develop and manage the maintenance department’s budget, optimizing resources while controlling costs related to maintenance, spare parts, and capital expenditures.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement efforts.
• Vendor & Supplier Management: Oversee relationships with external contractors, service providers, and equipment vendors to ensure optimal service levels and cost-effectiveness.
• Technology & Innovation: Identify and implement new technologies, automation solutions, and data-driven approaches to enhance maintenance efficiency and asset management.
