Immediate need for a BE/BC Emergency Medicine Physician to join a well-established group in rural western OH. Let's Discuss. Compensation and Benefits Package Salary: Based on working a minimum of 1452hrs/yr at $215/hr, equating to $312,180. Shift length is 12hrs working 4 on 8 off with opportunities for picking up other shifts/sites. Retirement: 401K - Immediate eligibility for employee contribution and employer matching. Our “match” is 3% of gross pay up to IRS limits. Profit Sharing (Combined with Match Goal of 10%) – 7%. An example of what that would mean for you based on the above salary in 2024 is: Your max contribution by IRS limits for 2024: $23,000.00 401K match (NEC): $9,635.40 2024 profit sharing: $24,852.60 Total: $54,218.00 The profit-sharing portion is contributed on your behalf each year of your employment. That portion is "cliff vested". This means that if you depart before 3 years, you will forfeit the profit-sharing portion of the plan. Total Compensation: Salary: $312,180.00 Retirement Funding (assuming max): $31,218.00 Taxes paid by us compared to IC: $12,962.00

Medical Scribe support 24/7. Documentation completed on Meditech EMR. Mid-level support for the main ER from 7:30a-12a daily (24 hours w/overlap).
