Are you ready to influence Europe's top companies? As Cloudflare's Field CTO for EMEA, you'll guide IT and Security executives in creating secure, high-performing online experiences. You'll act as a technology and business advisor, helping clients shape their strategies and operations.

About the Role

The Field CTO represents Cloudflare to major clients, shaping their perception of technology. Strong communication skills are essential to explain complex ideas engagingly. You'll build relationships with enterprise clients, prospects, and partners, demonstrating Cloudflare's value to executive stakeholders. Internally, you'll collaborate with engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams to promote our products and ensure customer success.

The ideal candidate combines experience in cloud computing, enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and networking. Passion for helping companies leverage our platform to meet their business and technology goals is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Stay informed on the latest tech and security trends, sharing insights with executives.
• Build relationships with industry leaders online and in-person, expanding Cloudflare's reach.
• Introduce Cloudflare's innovations to the market through various channels.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing executive-level support.
• Travel regularly and work remotely or in-office as needed.
• Develop strategic relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Contribute to business reviews, pipeline development, and deal closures.

Desired Qualifications

• Experienced IT executive (VP, CIO, CTO, CISO, etc.)
• At least 10 years in enterprise IT, startups, software, cloud, or cybersecurity.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity, security operations, and IT risk management.
• Expertise in cloud-based IT delivery models.
• Future-oriented industry thinker.
• Strong digital presence and social media influence.
• Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to create impactful technical content and speak publicly.
• Fluent in English and another relevant regional language.
