What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician.

Shifts Available:

Hourly position 40 hrs per week | Monday - Friday | 8:00am-4:30pm

Expected starting wage range is $46.28-$60.00. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of program operations
• Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.

What We Do: CONREP FACT Regional Program - San Diego is designed for adults with mental health challenges that are considered "Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity," "Incompetent to Stand Trial," or "Mentally Disordered Offenders," who would benefit from a Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) model to return to a community-based setting.

The FACT program connects members to proper resources, safe housing, and achieving wellness goals. Each member will have psycho-educational, peer/family support, skill-building groups, and access to medication management services.

Capacity: 30 members

Referral Process: Referrals are made collaboratively from DSH and local CONREP Community Program Directors
