Position: German Preschool Teacher
Location: 2705 Pico Boulevard, Santa Monica, CA 90405
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Status: Full-Time

Role Overview: As a German Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds by providing a high-quality educational experience for children aged 2-6. You will help create an immersive language environment, incorporating songs, stories, interactive activities, and hands-on learning experiences that make language acquisition fun and natural. Working alongside a supportive team, you will help cultivate curiosity, collaboration, and confidence in each child.

• Create and implement fun, engaging lesson plans in German.
• Collaborate with your fellow educators to continuously improve our educational programs.

• Preferred: At least one year of experience in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related fields.
• AA Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) from the US or equivalent international credentials.
• Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken).
• Experience with Infant Toddler Units is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Comfortable using technology and basic computer skills.
• Must meet state requirements, including fingerprinting, TB testing, immunizations, CPR/First Aid certification, Mandated Reporter training, and pesticide training.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
