Project Analysts - Leading data collection and some sort of data analysis. more around procedures. Reaching out to mills, how many total procedures do you have and getting procedures documented on the SharePoint. Tracking down action items.
Data Collection and Analysis: Lead data collection and analysis efforts to ensure site implementation readiness. Collaborate with mills to resolve data gaps or issues.
Overview
- Project Lead: Efficiently coordinate and manage multifaceted project activities, ensuring seamless collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and resources. Act as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries, fostering clear communication and timely resolution of issues to maintain project momentum.
- Project Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, to provide a clear roadmap for project success. Generate regular and accurate progress reports, milestones updates, and project status documentation for transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Meeting Facilitation: Skillfully schedule, organize, and facilitate project meetings, ensuring agendas are well-prepared, and objectives are met efficiently. Conduct effective and engaging meetings that encourage active participation, collaboration, and constructive feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Planning and Execution: Assist in development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Coordinate project activities, track progress, and manage project risks and issues.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Lead data collection and analysis efforts to ensure site implementation readiness. Collaborate with mills to resolve data gaps or issues.
- Project Team Support: Provide comprehensive support to the project team by coordinating tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth collaboration among team members. Act as a liaison between team members, stakeholders, and project leadership, fostering a cohesive and supportive environment for successful project delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement based on lessons learned from completed projects. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, process enhancements, and lessons learned to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Associates degree and/or equivalent work experience noted below
- Work Experience: 2 - 4 years of progressive, relevant experience in an IT Project Coordinator role is required. Experience coordinating moderately complex IT projects from beginning to end, assisting with the coordination budget, scope, schedule.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Additional Qualifications
- Proficient understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and practices.
- Experience defining business cases, coordinating tasks, managing budgets, and communicating status under the direction of a project manager.
- CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is a plus.
- SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.).
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, systems development life cycle (SDLC), and enterprise software implementations is desirable.
- Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
