As a key member of our customer service team, you will have the opportunity to assist our customers with their inquiries and provide exceptional support.**Job Overview:**As a Live Chat Agent/Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through live chat and phone calls. You will assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information.
