Event Coordinator Location: Miami, Florida FTE The Event Coordinator is a key player in managing daily marketing efforts, working closely with both internal teams and external partners. This role is integral in supporting the development, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns to elevate brand visibility and enhance overall effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement strategic marketing plans. Oversee social media coordination, ensuring the creation of engaging digital content. Assist with website updates and monitor website traffic analytics. Manage marketing budgets and analyze return on investment (ROI) for campaigns. Coordinate company events, trade shows, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness initiatives. Support the creation and organization of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations. Execute email marketing campaigns, including managing scheduling and distribution. Liaise with external vendors, such as printers and designers, to ensure brand consistency. Contribute to content creation for various marketing initiatives. Gather demographic data and assist with segmentation strategies for targeted campaigns. Analyze current market trends and provide actionable insights to improve marketing efforts. Track and report on sales data and overall campaign performance. Facilitate collaboration across departments and ensure seamless internal communication. Assist in the development of advertising and promotional campaigns. Maintain strong relationships with media outlets and handle public communications. Identify marketing needs and opportunities for improvement in existing strategies. Propose and implement creative marketing strategies to enhance brand engagement. Leverage analytics and competitive research to optimize ongoing campaigns. Analyze customer feedback and survey data to guide campaign refinements. Support the management of content and databases across blogs, social media platforms, and websites. Collect and evaluate marketing data from various sources to assess campaign impact. Assist in the optimization of marketing channels and overall campaign performance. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, or a related field. 2+ years of professional experience in a marketing or event coordination role. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Proficiency with marketing software and digital platforms. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Exceptional teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with a keen attention to detail. Strong project management skills with a deadline-driven approach.
