Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to support our Marketing team in the US. The ideal candidate is hands on, highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person will report directly to the VP of Marketing, who is based in Belgium, and will also work closely with the rest of the Belgian based marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Event & trade show management : Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing US-based trade shows and events. This includes logistics, vendor coordination, booth setup, lead management, and on-site support as needed.

Operational & administrative support : Handle the day-to-day follow-up of incoming marketing requests, liaise with agencies and third-party vendors, and maintain project timelines.

Marketing coordination : Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and event collateral while ensuring brand consistency.

Stakeholder communication : Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing projects are executed effectively and efficiently.

Post-event follow-up : Track event success metrics, manage lead follow-ups, and assist in reporting marketing activities' impact.

Market research : Assist in gathering industry insights, tracking competitors, and identifying opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

Experience : minimum 3 years of marketing, events, or communications experience, ideally in technology, healthcare, or senior living industries.

Event coordination : Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple trade shows, conferences, and events simultaneously.

Project management : Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Communication skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with attention to detail in messaging and branding.

Tech-savvy : Comfortable working with marketing tools, CRM systems, and digital communication platforms.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Location Requirements:

Ability to commute to our Houston office or plan relocation before starting work (Preferred).

Travel requirements : Willingness to travel within the US for events and trade shows as needed.

Salary Range : $60,000 - $70,000
