Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC or manual grinders for various grinding operations, including O/D, I/D, boring, and facing.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, process sheets, and tooling instructions to identify component specifications and enter data into our ERP system.
• Efficiently set up and operate multiple grinding machines (CNC, ID, OD, Centerless, and Face).
• Verify the conformance of machined workpieces using gauges and measuring devices.
• Inspect your own work and ensure compliance with company quality standards, while also reviewing the work of fellow operators.
• Calculate dimensions, rotation speeds, feed rates, and machining times, and operate multiple machines as needed.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Note: Due to federal export control laws, this position is limited to candidates who qualify as a ‘U.S. Person’.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating precision grinding machines.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and work instructions in English.
• Moderate physical demands, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an entire shift.

Compensation: Based on experience and skills, ranging from $23.00 to $33.00/hr.
