About the Company:

Arlon EMD is a manufacturer of specialty high performance laminate and prepreg materials for use in printed circuit board applications across demanding and diverse markets.

Job Summary:

We are seeking recent engineering graduates for an Entry-Level Production Engineer position at our facility in Rancho Cucamonga. In this role, you will support daily production operations, work on process improvements, and help ensure product quality and efficiency in our manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with monitoring and improving production processes to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and maintenance
• Analyze production data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Support troubleshooting of equipment or process issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Assist in developing and updating work instructions and process documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field
• Mandarin-speaking preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CAD or other engineering software is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment
• Internship or co-op experience in a production or manufacturing setting is a plus but not required
