We are seeking a skilled and experienced construction project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring their own clients to work with in the future, as well as work with our existing clients and take on current projects awarded. We are open to remote positions based on the individual and what they can bring to the table.You will be expected to work with our existing clients, as well as bring in your own clients. We like to think of our project managers as a company within the company. Meaning; as long as you are keeping a good name with our subcontractors, vendors and clients, we give you the freedom to run your show how you see fit. We specialize working on T.I.'s, ground ups, remodels and special projects on the commercial retail side (grocery stores, financial institutions, big box retail, shopping centers etc). We work in most states throughout the U.S.
You will be expected to bid your own projects, run the projects you are awarded and work with the support staff to beat client expectations while finishing under budget. We have an in house team for support with billing, compliance and administrative work. Rest assured our roster of superintendents is one of the best in the business.
