We are currently seeking a Property Manager!
Property Managers are Responsible for managing daily operations of the property, including supervising team members and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals

• Experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC or Section 42) certification paperwork
• Knowledge of processing Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC or Section 42) certification paperwork
• Proven experience with other affordable housing programs such as HUD, Section 8, 202, and/or 811
• Effective communication skills with employees, properties, supervisors, etc.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Compensation: Full- Time $68,000 to $70,000 per year
