  • Own and optimize the end-to-end project management of the pre-sale process, working seamlessly with Sales and Sales Management to keep everything on track.
  • Be the glue that connects Sales, Operations, and Account Management, ensuring smooth workflows and cross-functional alignment.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Creative Strategy to assist in developing innovative proposals and creative ideas that align with client goals.
  • Partner with Legal to streamline and accelerate contract negotiations, ensuring all necessary documentation (timelines, SOWs, and more) is in place for quick turnarounds.
  • Develop and refine contract management templates to prioritize sales contracts, track ETAs, and create clear communication channels between Sales and Legal.
  • Conduct market research to uncover industry insights and translate them into high-impact sales strategies.

  • 2-3 years of experience in an agency or client setting, with a strong understanding of influencer marketing, account management, social media, or general marketing.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for creative problem-solving and navigating ambiguity with confidence.
  • Exceptional communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Sharp analytical thinking , with a keen eye for detail, accuracy, and accountability—balanced with strong business judgment.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to work seamlessly with diverse personalities while fostering positive, productive relationships.
Bonus Points for:
  • Experience in Sales Operations and/or Project Management with a track record of improving workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel , with the ability to analyze and visualize data effectively.

Salary - $70,000-$100,000 annually
