Job Overview:

We are seeking a  Sales Representative to help homeowners navigate the restoration process, whether through insurance claims or retail projects. This role involves  prospecting for leads and managing provided leads , conducting  roof inspections , generating  detailed project estimates , and assisting customers throughout the sales and installation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on leads through  prospecting, referrals, and company-provided sources .
  • Conduct  roof and exterior inspections to assess damage and determine project scope.
  • Educate homeowners on both  retail and insurance restoration options.
  • Assist customers with  insurance claims , including meeting adjusters when needed.
  • Utilize  CRM, Lead Scout, Google Suite, and Company Cam to manage sales and customer interactions.
  • Provide clear, detailed estimates and project proposals.
  • Maintain  strong communication with homeowners, production teams, and insurance adjusters.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to qualify for  monthly and annual sales contests .

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience in roofing or contracting required –  we are open to training the right candidate .
  • Previous  sales or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable  performing roof inspections (climbing ladders and walking roofs).
  • Reliable transportation required (truck or vehicle suitable for transporting materials).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to manage a flexible schedule.

Work Environment & Schedule:

  • Hybrid position – work from home, in the office, and in the field.
  • Typical sales territory is within a 60-mile radius of our office.
  • Flexible schedule with evenings and weekends as needed to meet customer availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
