What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Build a center of excellence (COE) around metrics and KPI reporting, delivering actionable insights for the GTM organization
2. Conduct in-depth business performance analysis and develop narratives for Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
3. Ensure forecast management excellence to support sustained, predictable growth
4. Facilitate the inspection of pipeline generation efforts across the Sales organization
5. Support the business and executive team on ad-hoc strategic questions and initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 5+ years of prior experience, including 3+ years in Strategy / Business Operations within a high-growth company, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Private Equity, or Venture Capital
2. Strong technical skills in SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce
3. Highly data-driven and analytical with a focus on actionable insights
4. Proven track record of execution, holding yourself and others accountable for delivering results
5. Excellent communication skills in verbal, visual, and written forms
