Senior HR Business Consultant

HR Consultant to address the most pressing business challenges and opportunities in the organization. Reporting to the Director, Business & Program Readiness, HR Consultant will leverage their deep expertise in talent strategies and solutions and ensures that leaders are supported as they address the most pressing new business opportunities, re-competes and challenges in the organization.

This is a hybrid role based in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area; working in one of the CACI Virginia offices 3 days a week.

Core Responsibility Areas:

  • Provide direct support to and participate in Mid-Course Reviews (MCRs) to ensure the talent strategies and tactics on the program put CACI in the strongest position to win at recompete
  • Support new business pursuits by responding to talent related data requests, participate in proposal color reviews, proposal support including milestone review participation and program start up processes and M&A integration activities
  • Provide direct consulting to the business on talent strategies and problem solving across the other Business Consulting Solutions pillars including areas such as engagement, retention, culture, environment, situational coaching, succession planning, change management and the employee value proposition
  • Participate in and offer feedback as a member of interview panels for executive positions
  • Dynamically address strategic priorities with creative problem solving
  • Hypothesize, test, and build solutions to strategic problems while working agilely on projects
  • Partner and collaborate across all HR Capability Centers to drive business results while providing talent solutions that are aligned with CACI strategy
  • Proven ability to networking both within the HR function and throughout the organization
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to line management and functional business leaders
  • Proficient use of analytical skills to interpret and communicate data effectively and responsibly to understand trends and inform solutions to drive business outcomes
  • Study employee relations trends, pulse the organization, and interpret employee feedback to develop solutions
  • Think holistically about the strategy of the business and talent processes that support the business' goals
  • Recommend, develop, and implement change management solutions across the organization

Qualifications:

  • Thorough knowledge of principles and practices of human resources consulting
  • Deep understanding of core HR policies and processes
  • Ability to coach leaders, provide feedback, and use diplomacy and tact in challenging situations
  • Excellent conflict resolution and negotiations skills
  • Proficient in working in creative and iterative ways to incorporate feedback and develop client-centric solutions aligned with business priorities
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Proven leadership with a collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships across the organization
  • Ability to stay current with industry trends and leading external practices
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data necessary to identify trends and areas of risk
  • Experience utilizing project management tools/systems. ClickUp experience is preferred
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to demonstrate speed, flexibility, adaptability, and work under pressure
  • Ability to collaborate and network both within the HR function and throughout the organization to identify synergies in work and business goals
  • University degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years related work experience
  • Previous government contracting experience preferred.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $74,600-$156,700
