Senior Multimedia Designer

We’re looking for a skilled and creative Multimedia Designer to join our client’s in-house creative agency. This is a great opportunity to bring your ideas to life and contribute to a well-established Fortune 500 financial brand with a strong digital presence. From landing pages and email campaigns to social graphics and motion assets, you’ll help shape the visual voice of a brand seen by millions.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office) from one of the following locations:

Jacksonville, FL

Wilmington, DE

Schaumburg, IL

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year.

Salary varies by location and experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Design Dynamic Assets: Create a wide range of digital assets, from landing pages and web banners to e-mails, social posts, etc., all while ensuring alignment with the client’s brand guidelines. Identifying and implementing the most effective methods of visually communicating a message (e.g. static, motion graphics, video, etc.).
  • Own the Creative Process: Manage designs from concept to release, ensuring the final product exceeds expectations.
  • Design with Accessibility in Mind / Ensure Compliance: Implement ADA-compliant design practices into all deliverables, ensuring accessibility across platforms.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work alongside internal teams and client partners to drive creative innovation and produce digital solutions that align with strategic goals.
  • Present with Confidence: Lead internal reviews and client presentations, providing well-researched rationale for your design choices based on best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Design Expertise: A rich online portfolio website showcasing a diverse range of digital work (e.g., web design, display ads, social, motion graphics, etc.).
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in visual/graphic art AND digital design.
  • Agency Experience: Previous experience working within an agency environment.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud: Fluency with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and related design software.
  • Effective Communicator: Clear, professional, and confident in presenting ideas and collaborating with both creative teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of the big picture or the small details.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
  • ADA Compliance: Understanding of ADA compliance requirements for digital deliverables.
  • Collaborative Skills : Strong ability to communicate, collaborate, and maintain organization across multiple projects. Mac Proficiency: Comfortable using Mac-based design tools.
