Troy Lee Designs , the world’s leading aspirational brand of mountain bike and motocross helmets and apparel, is seeking a Textile/Graphic Designer . The Textile/Graphic Designer will assist in all aspects of the design process for TLD, from inception to buy-ready completion. This position is responsible for creating innovative and proprietary prints, graphics, and trims for seasonal collections.

Duties & Responsibilities (Include But Are Not Limited To):

• Design seasonal sportswear and accessory inline packages, as well as off-calendar capsules and collaborations.
• Provide seasonal print research and ideas that align with the brand aesthetic and meet seasonal needs.
• Create and design prints/graphics using Photoshop and Illustrator to establish repeats, placement, recoloring, and pitching/matching colors that are on-brand with TLD.
• Develop custom tags, labels, trims, and embellishments as directed by the design team.
• Manage print and artwork projects while adhering to calendar deadlines, working independently and collaborating with the internal team.
• Manage strike-off approvals and comments.
• Maintain an organized print/artwork/color library.
• Address SMU graphic needs for key global retail partners.
• Be familiar with TLD's customer profile across all categories and be well-versed in current and emerging trends, as well as the competitive retail landscape.
• Adapt collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and shift focus with ease.
• Have knowledge of the apparel development process and print techniques.
• Execute the transformation from product line into technical designs for entire seasonal collections.
• Work with key brand ambassadors/athletes on graphic packages that create new and exciting opportunities for TLD.
• Assist in product meetings at all stages, from product creation through go-to-market.

Qualifications Required:

• 3-5yrs graphic design experience.
• Knowledge, involvement, and understanding of the mountain bike and motocross markets.
• Significant knowledge and usage of design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of graphic design.
• Excellent knowledge on completion of construction documentation specific to design.
