Certification Details

• BLS - Basic Life Support
• CBIC CIC (Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology)
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support

Job Details

• 13 weeks
• 8a-4p; 37.5 hrs/week
• EOW
• 2 years of Infection Prevention/Control experience required and must be current exp
• Patient mix: Mostly adult patients. We do have L&D and newborn nursery patients that may need surveillance/reporting of communicable diseases
• Familiarity with BD Med Mined IC system is a plus
• Block scheduling cannot be accommodated
• RTO must be included with submissions
• Epic charting strongly preferred
• Scrubs + lab coat
• No on-call
• No holidays
• First-time travelers are accepted

Job Requirements

• 2 years of Infection Prevention/Control experience required
• Current state licensure required
• CBIC CIC (CBIC=Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology) is required

Schedule Information

• 13-week contract
• 8a-4p; 37.5 hrs/week
• EOW

Unit Specific Information

• Will float across different units across the hospital possibly to TRMC-NPC campus

Additional Details

• This is required to clear.
• Government Issued Photo ID required. TIME SENSITIVE, Driver’s license required to be provided within 48 hours of signing.
• This is required to clear.
• AHA required, RQI and AHA instructor cards acceptable. COCs accepted as place holder. CL must notify PC.
