Trust Officer I (TO I), Private Banking (PB), Pennington, NJ - Provides fiduciary support and expertise to meet the needs of clients in support of the integrated delivery of products and services. Works closely with Financial Advisors (FA), Client Associates (CA), Wealth Strategists (WS) and Portfolio Managers (PM) in defining clients requirements including legal and tax aspects, and in coordinating client contact on an ongoing basis. Typically an entry level Trust Officer (TO) position where smaller and least complicated issues are addressed. Responsibilities - Responsible for the professional administration of fiduciary accounts including compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures. Possesses technical fiduciary knowledge in the areas of law, tax, fiduciary investing, regulation, compliance as well as estate planning. As the key associate on specific relationships, works with teammates to deliver our full array of integrated solutions, as appropriate. Collaborates with team members to consistently deliver on UST's value proposition. Key Skills Requirements - Excellent ability to work in team environment. Strong communication and influence / partnership skills. Significant knowledge of the legal, tax, investment and compliance aspects of fiduciary administration.
