We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Permanent VP, Property Manager. This role is integral to our organization, and the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our property portfolio, including commercial, residential, and rental properties. This is a senior-level position that requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in commercial property management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in optimizing our property portfolio's performance, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and driving growth.

Responsibilities:
As VP, Property Manager, your core responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day management of our property portfolio, including commercial, residential, and rental properties.
2. Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize the performance of our property portfolio.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.
4. Leading and managing a team of property management professionals.
5. Negotiating lease agreements and managing lease renewals.
6. Overseeing property renovations and maintenance, ensuring all properties are maintained to the highest standard.
7. Working closely with senior management to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
8. Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal property regulations.
9. Managing property-related budgets and financials, including setting rental rates, managing expenses, and optimizing property revenue.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of VP, Property Manager, candidates must possess the following:

1. A minimum of 7 years experience in commercial property management.
2. Proven experience managing a diverse property portfolio, including commercial, residential, and rental properties.
3. Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team.
4. Excellent relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants.
5. Extensive experience negotiating lease agreements.
6. Experience overseeing property renovations and maintenance.
7. Strong financial acumen, with experience managing property-related budgets and financials.
8. A thorough understanding of local, state, and federal property regulations.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to make strategic decisions under pressure.
10. A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
