Your New Role As a Nocturnist Hospitalist with our team, you’ll: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care during overnight shifts. Be part of a collegial and supportive group of hospitalists, working together to provide excellent care. Work at a single hospital location, Northridge Hospital Medical Center, a well-regarded 424-bed acute care facility. Manage a 7 on, 7 off schedule (183 annual shifts) with convenient shift options: 7PM-5AM or 10PM-8AM. Benefit from a closed ICU, ensuring a focused and manageable scope of practice. Salary Guarantee: $285,000 - 310,000 DOE Bonus and incentive opportunities to reward your dedication and contributions. Signing incentives up to $40,000 and relocation assistance up to $20,000 to make your transition smooth.
