\n• Lead multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business goals.
\n• Facilitate planning sessions to define scope, performance targets, and timelines.
\n• Monitor project status, budgets, and risks while keeping stakeholders informed.
\n• Oversee daily onsite activities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to project plans.
\n• Serve as the onsite safety lead, proactively managing safety protocols and compliance measures.

\n• Have 3-5 years of experience in construction or facility management (ideal candidates will have no more than 10 years of total experience ).

\n• Bring a background in construction-related projects , as this role is best suited for professionals with experience in this field rather than telecommunications or IT.
\n• Are comfortable working onsite daily and taking an active leadership role in safety management .
