• Major highway & DOT projects
• Deep underground utility systems
• Mass grading & excavation

• Retaining walls, drainage systems & structural concrete

The Role:

This is not a sit-back-and-watch job . You’ll be the engine behind the project—driving field operations, leading subs, coordinating with engineers and owners, and making million-dollar decisions daily .

🎯 Who You Are:

• Experienced Heavy Civil PM (5+ years preferred)
• Track record of delivering $5M–$100M+ projects
• Deep knowledge of civil scopes: utilities, highways, grading, concrete
• A leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
• Organized, decisive, and relentlessly focused on quality & safety
